VegFestUK is back, bringing the world’s biggest veggie event to Bristol’s amphitheatre to celebrate its 10th birthday. The event takes place from Friday 24th May to Sunday 26th May and will showcase hundreds of vegan food stalls as well as cookery demonstrations, kids cookery classes, nutrition and lifestyle talks, workshops and some outstanding live music.
The festival kicks off on Friday night with the legendary French electro swing band Caravan Palace – tickets must be bought in advance for £15. Saturday day time entry costs £2 from 11am – 6pm (£1 for kids and OAPs), while Saturday night headliners Happy Mondays will be performing at 9.30pm – tickets cost £25 and again must be bought in advance.
We have 2 pairs of evening tickets to give away to two lucky readers – one pair for Caravan Palace on the Friday night and one pair for Happy Monday’s on Saturday 25th.
All you need to do to enter is send us your best music themed vegetable pun, for example ‘broccoli spears’, it could be a band name, song title or artist – comment below, tweet us, write it on our facebook wall or email us. Please also state your preference of evening and we will need to contact you to get a postal address to send the tickets to.
Competition closes midnight on 5th May and the funniest will win, winners will be notified on 6th May.
